The Emerging Career Professionals (ECP) department is a new and innovative initiative of the OU, dedicated to empowering and supporting Orthodox Jewish young professionals. Through targeted programs and partnerships, ECPseeksto foster meaningful Jewish engagement, leadership development, and community connection in key cities across North America.
The Orthodox Union (OU) is one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States. Founded in 1898, the OU supports a network of synagogues, youth programs, Jewish and Religious Zionist advocacy programs, programs for the disabled, localized religious study programs, and international units. The OUmaintainsa kosher certification service, whose circled U symbol, Ⓤ, is found on the labels of many kosher commercial and consumer food products.
The ECP Program & Community Coordinator is responsible for thecoordination, recruitment flow, and participant engagement of ECP’sLeadership programming.Theywill be the primary leader of the execution and rollout of ECP Leadership programs, ensuring that programs run smoothly, participants feel connected and supported, and community engagement remains active and responsive across initiatives.
The Program & Community Coordinator plays a critical role in translating ECP programming into meaningful participant experiences and maintaining the momentum, warmth, and consistency that drive long-term engagement.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is$50,000 - $60,000, commensuratewith experience.
