Ecosystem Sales Manager (Global)北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述We are looking for a results-driven Ecosystem Sales Manager to expand our global ecosystem, with a strong focus on the U.S. market, working closely with startups and enterprise clients.
This role connects partnerships with sales, owning the full funnel from lead generation to revenue conversion, and plays a key role in accelerating international business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Development (Startup & Enterprise)
• Build and expand relationships with startups, enterprise clients, VCs, and industry partners
• Identify high-potential partners and drive long-term collaborations
2. Revenue & Conversion
• Generate qualified leads through ecosystem partnerships and convert them into opportunities and revenue
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive key deals forward
• Own pipeline and revenue outcomes from ecosystem efforts
3. Global Market Expansion (U.S. Focus)
• Support ecosystem expansion and business development in the U.S. market
• Identify strategic opportunities and drive cross-regional execution
4. Programs & Initiatives
• Support startup programs, industry events, and ecosystem initiatives
• Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market activities职位要求Basic Requirements
• Master's degree or above
• 1–2 years of experience in BD, sales, or partnerships (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome)
Core Competencies
• Strong results-driven mindset with ownership of business outcomes
• Basic understanding of B2B sales funnel (lead → opportunity → deal)
• Excellent communication and execution skills
Global Capability
• Fluent in English (business proficiency required)
• Exposure to the U.S. market is highly preferred
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with startups or enterprise clients
• International study or work experience
• Interest or background in AI / SaaS / tech industries
