Ecosystem /Partner Manager北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述We’re looking for an Ecosystem / Partner Manager to build, manage, and scale our partner and channel ecosystem across international markets. In this role, you’ll work with sales partners, solution providers, and technology collaborators to expand market coverage, accelerate deal execution, and drive revenue growth through indirect channels.
This role carries clear commercial ownership, including defined revenue targets and partner-sourced pipeline goals.
1. Build and manage partner and channel relationships, including sales partners, system integrators, and solution providers.
2. Define and execute partner strategies to drive revenue through indirect sales and co-selling models.
3. Own partner-sourced pipeline development and revenue targets, tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
4. Enable partners through product positioning, solution packaging, and go-to-market alignment.
5. Collaborate with internal sales, solutions, and delivery teams to support joint opportunities and deal execution.
6. Support partner-led bids, proposals, and commercial discussions where needed.
7. Monitor partner performance, identify gaps, and continuously optimize partner coverage and effectiveness.
8. Capture market and partner feedback to inform product strategy and partnership models.职位要求1. 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem roles in B2B or enterprise technology.
2. Proven experience owning revenue or sales targets through partners or indirect channels.
3. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
4. Experience working with system integrators, resellers, or strategic technology partners.
5. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
