We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead, Neurology, Mid-Atlantic who is strategic, patient-focused, collaborative, and results-driven to join our US Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes Acute Team The successful candidate will lead a high-performing commercial field force within a designated ecosystem, driving business performance, developing talent, and creating value for patients and healthcare stakeholders.

This geography will include Raleigh, NC; Washington, DC; Nashville/Knoxville, TN; Lexington/Louisville, KY; Philadelphia, PA; and Richmond, VA.

Candidates need to reside within the territory.

About the Role

As an Ecosystem Lead, you will lead and manage all aspects of the Acute commercial field force team within your ecosystem, focused on a multi-product focus within Epilepsy Rescue and Myasthenia Gravis. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales objectives while translating market insights into ecosystem strategies that improve patient outcomes and support business growth. You will serve as a key leader, coach, and strategic partner, ensuring coordinated execution across multiple field-based Provider Liaisons and collaborative stakeholders.

Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, Patient Services, Business Enablement, Marketing, and Thought Leader Liaison organizations. You will also engage externally with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, patient advocacy organizations, integrated delivery networks, centers of excellence, and healthcare administrators throughout your ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing field team to achieve ecosystem business objectives.

  • Create and execute ecosystem business plans aligned with Acute strategic priorities and brands.

  • Analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

  • Monitor, coach, and develop Provider Liaisons to maximize customer and patient impact.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional field engagement across key healthcare stakeholders.

  • Build strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare systems, and advocacy organizations.

  • Optimize omnichannel engagement approaches to improve customer experience.

  • Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, collaboration, and ethical leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 7 years of successful pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical field leadership experience.

  • Experience utilizing digital business tools to drive strategic execution.

  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight and weekend travel.

  • Must reside near a major airport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Experience in Neurology, Rare Disease, Specialty Care, or similar therapeutic areas.

  • Experience supporting complex patient journeys and treatment paradigms.

  • Experience with specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, or complex payer models.

  • Proven track record leading field teams and achieving commercial performance goals.

  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.

  • Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated success launching products and leading teams through market evolution.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics and account-based engagement strategies.

This position’s reasonably anticipated base salary range is $185,600-243,600 per year.  The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
