The Ecosystem Healthcare Manager Alzheimer (EHM)will be a critical member of the team to maximize opportunities by identifying and removing system barriers, communicating to physicians & local health systems, and fostering collaborative projects between Lilly and HCOs to improve patient outcomes. This is an exciting and sought after role - the successful candidate will need to be fluid to a changing environment and strategic priorities and have the opportunity in a changing regional NHS structure to flex their creative muscles to foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders and overcome challenges to deliver innovative treatment.
The EHM will be the interface between our key customers i.e. HCPs and all relevant functions and management at Lilly. The successful candidate will work in a strong cross-functional team integrated with Marketing, Medical, PRA, and Corporate Affairs and manage the planning and execution of the activities in priority accounts for the Alzheimer's area.
The EHM will report the Specialty BU Leader.
