One year of the required experience for the following minimum qualifications must have been at the supervisory level or above:
Eight years of economic stability social services experience; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus five years of economic stability social services experience; OR
A bachelor's degree plus five years of economic stability social services experience; OR
An advanced degree in a social sciences field, business, public, or health administration plus four years of economic stability social services experience.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties:
· Direct the statewide administration and oversight of FITAP, KCSP, SNAP E&T, and SNAP Outreach policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
· Analyze legislation, regulations, and program requirements and develop or revise policies and procedures to support consistent program administration.
· Provide technical guidance and policy interpretation to field operations and management to resolve complex program issues and ensure accurate case actions.
· Monitor program performance, Quality Control findings, audits, and corrective actions and develop solutions to address deficiencies and improve program operations.
· Coordinate automated system changes and enhancements with internal and external stakeholders to improve program efficiency and reduce processing errors.
· Lead, supervise, and develop staff by monitoring performance, assessing operational needs, and ensuring effective use of resources and continuity of statewide operations.
· Advise management and collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational barriers and implement solutions that promote timely and accurate access to assistance for eligible families and caregivers.
