We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the local and central trade teams your focus will be on owning the onsite commercial experience for a defined market, including promotional planning, product merchandising, and trading performance. In this role, you will combine your commercial mindset with your ability to make data-driven decisions that directly influence revenue, conversion, and customer experience.

What you will do

  • Support and deliver the onsite promotional calendar for your market, from planning and launch through to optimisation and performance review.

  • Execute campaigns across key onsite touchpoints, including homepage, category pages, landing pages, and site navigation.

  • Own product merchandising decisions, optimising product placement, category structure, and navigation to drive conversion and average order value.

  • Support with promotional discounting within agreed commercial frameworks, balancing revenue growth, margin, and brand positioning.

  • Monitor trading performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise commercial results and customer experience.

  • Partner closely with Category Management, Buying, Brand Marketing, Pricing, Analytics, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution and commercial success.

  • Support testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the onsite customer journey.

What you should bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience in ecommerce trading, onsite merchandising, digital trading, or a similar commercial ecommerce role.

  • Experience working with enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar.

  • Proven ability to manage and execute promotional and trading calendars in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with confidence making data-driven decisions that influence revenue and conversion performance.

  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using Google Analytics, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based reporting tools.

  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
