We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join our UK Trading team and help shape our dedicated Luxury Brands subsite, Seasons! Based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!

The Role:

Our eCommerce websites and apps have grown steadily over the past 10 years to become one of the largest online retail platforms in the UK. We are now focusing on delivering a highly curated, premium shopping experience, offering our customers a personalised journey to discover the world's most sought after luxury brands using multiple delivery methods and flexible payment types.

As an eCommerce Trading Assistant for Seasons, you will support our online UK Trading team by identifying and developing new initiatives to promote our luxury brands portfolio, attract premium customers and enhance the overall high end shopping experience.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Continually review information on sales, bestsellers and key online metrics to summarise performance trends across our luxury brand partners and pinpoint opportunities for further improvement.
  • Identify and champion an exceptional, premium customer experience across onsite search and navigation touchpoints in line with Seasons' high end market positioning.
  • Support the Trading Manager and wider online team with exclusive luxury product drops and premium brand project launches.
  • Identify ways to improve our onsite search and the discoverability of high ticket and designer products on the Seasons subsite.
  • Utilise search data to spot emerging luxury fashion and lifestyle trends, making informed decisions for elevated onsite merchandising.
  • Identify, implement and drive improvements through data driven insights tailored to the luxury consumer journey.
  • Project manage your own workload (by driving forward BAU activities and identifying new opportunities within the premium sector) and attend all relevant internal and external meetings, maintaining accurate administration of key business documents.
  • Provide guidance for luxury product attribution to improve the onsite customer experience and ensure premium brand standards and aesthetics are maintained.
  • Support other members of the Seasons trading team as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience within an eCommerce Trading role.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude, who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Displays a clear sense of vision, direction and belief, with perseverance and a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a range of audiences and influence to win support for positive change and new ideas.
  • Evidence based approach. Comfortable with using data reporting tools and a passion for identifying opportunities and creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
  • Is able to accurately identify own development needs and is open to learning.
  • A genuine interest in luxury fashion is desired, but not strictly required.
