Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (9am-6:00 pm)
Location: Binondo Manila

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the online stores (Shopee and Lazada, Tiktok shop platforms)

• Monitors and ensures that all transactions in assigned online platform/s are well monitored (Sales After sales Claims)

• Assists in office and other clerical tasks

• Obtains and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well

• Deals directly with customers via call, text or chat

• Assists in the coordination to other departments such as Graphic Design -editing needed banner for Shopee and Lazada

• Monitors customer’s feedback and review

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

• We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.

• Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies.

• Able to handle customers well.
