Job Description

A day at MKS :

As an E-commerce Project Manager, you will join Dennis, Director Digital Sales & Channel Partner, at our site of MKS Atotech Netherlands in De Meern, working in a hybrid model (2 days remote per week).

You will play a key role in leading and coordinating global eCommerce initiatives, acting as the central point of accountability across business, IT, and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Initiate, plan, and manage global eCommerce projects (new and ongoing)
  • Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, milestones, budget tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure alignment between ECOM, IT, regional stakeholders, and external partners
  • Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders and drive clear communication and issue resolution
  • Lead input into 3-week IT development sprints and collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business needs into requirements
  • Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery with IT teams
  • Scale global eCommerce capabilities in a structured and governed way
  • Drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Support Channel Partner activities, including Navex (Due Diligence), compliance, and onboarding
  • Contribute to POSS (Purchase Order Scanning Solution): feature requests, prioritization, and troubleshooting
  • Drive order intake optimization initiatives (PO standardization, blanket orders, EDI alternatives)
  • Act as the key liaison between Marketing and E-commerce to translate content into optimized online experiences
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) optimization to improve ERP data quality and governance
  • Develop and deliver training materials and support internal and external communication
  • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and capabilities
  • Track performance and KPIs, manage SharePoint content, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in project management within eCommerce environments (B2B preferred, or B2C with a strong willingness to transition to B2B)
  • Good understanding of order management and supply chain processes
  • Ability to independently manage projects from initiation to full completion
  • Strong experience working in matrix and complex international environments, with multi-country exposure
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders across IT, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing
  • Experience in budget management and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and business–IT collaboration
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus
