About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at TriVA Global. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of our projects. You will be responsible for coordinating various activities, managing schedules, handling communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • Communication and Liaison:
    Serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent communication across all parties involved.
  • Task Management:
    Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time. Provide support in organizing, assigning, and prioritizing tasks as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
  • Quality Control:
    Monitor the progress and quality of the work being produced by different teams, ensuring that deliverables meet the companys standards.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.

Additional Considerations:

  • Experience working in a digital or IT-driven environment is preferred.
  • A background in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a bonus.
