Job Description

We are looking for an eCommerce International Product Manager to join our International eCommerce team! Based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range and exciting benefits!

The Role:

As the eCommerce International Product Manager you will be responsible for profitably growing sales across your divisions & working to improve the customer product onsite experience internationally. You will have accountability for key functions such as sizing optimisation, return data analysis and product exclusions at the country level. You will be able to build good relationships and work collaboratively with product and eCommerce teams to be able to identify and communicate potential opportunities.

What You’ll Take On:

Strategy, Trading & Insights Data Driven Strategy

  • Analyse large datasets (using Google Analytics and under/over index reporting) to identify market trends, category opportunities and onsite optimizations that drive customer experience and ROI.
  • Own the divisional product trading growth strategy (e.g., Menswear, Footwear), driving actionable plans into regional teams rather than focusing solely on regional updates.
  • Act as the primary senior contact for product, branded, and third-party trading teams, delivering performance updates and operational insights to senior management.

Sizing & Data Mapping Sizing Optimisation

  • Benchmark gender and category sizing against competitors to understand specific international market requirements.
  • Collaborate with tech and site operations to manage sizing data, conversion guides, and self-serve tool mapping rules, tracking their impact on onsite metrics and return rates.

Brand & Product Launches End to End Launch Management

  • Oversee the onboarding and flawless onsite execution of new product, brand, and celebrity launches - tracking planned volumes versus live inventory.
  • Partner with UK production and branded teams to monitor line availability by country, resolve item count discrepancies and manage regional exclusions.

Onsite Experience & Localisation Content & Tone of Voice (TOV) Optimisation

  • Work with translation and search teams to maximise localised content coverage, optimise regional Tone of Voice (TOV), and execute PDP requirements for LLM enrichment.
  • Audit product attributes to fix incorrectly attributed lines and leverage local insights to run page tests that increase conversion, AOV and international review rollouts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A clear passion and interest in Product.
  • Proven experience within the eCommerce space - with previous experience in a relevant role or environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Comfortable using web metrics and data to deliver actionable trading insights.
  • Clear understanding of customer behaviour and how to target specific audiences.
  • A champion of testing and continuous improvement, regularly feeding in new development ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape and awareness of customer trends in different countries
