eCommerce Procurement Specialist

Required

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR

• Ability to travel between multiple store locations

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Previous retail, warehouse, or eCommerce experience

• Experience evaluating or pricing merchandise

• Experience working in multi-location operations

Pay: $17.50 hourly

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and travel between locations as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, your work helps turn donated goods into funding for programs that support individuals in our community. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable eCommerce Procurement Specialist to identify, evaluate, and prepare high-value merchandise for online sales across multiple store locations.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to store locations to identify, pull, and pack merchandise for eCommerce sales

• Evaluate donated goods to determine quality and market value

• Manifest and enter selected items into the system with accuracy

• Coordinate with store managers and team members on product selection

• Prepare and pack merchandise for transportation to warehouse or eCommerce hubs

• Maintain organization and quality control standards for all selected items

• Attend trainings, meetings, and support implementation of new procedures

• Work with leadership to support eCommerce sales goals and performance expectations
