Whatever your team or role, you’re helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.

About the opportunity

Join Australia Post’s growing eCommerce Partnerships team and play a key role in shaping how businesses connect, sell and ship through leading eCommerce platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth and champion innovative solutions that help Australia Post strengthen its position in the rapidly evolving eCommerce ecosystem.

Working closely with Product, Marketing and global partners, you'll be at the forefront of launching and growing the new eCommerce Ecosystem Solution (EES), building high impact relationships and influencing the future of eCommerce and logistics across Australia and globally.

You’ll also

  • Manage and grow relationships with key eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and shipping partners.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and adoption of EES.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, onboarding activities and ongoing account management for strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives with partners to increase market awareness and customer adoption.
  • Act as the eCommerce subject matter expert, providing insights on industry trends and advocating for partner and customer needs across the business.

About you

You're a commercially minded relationship builder with a passion for eCommerce and innovation. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams through to senior executives. Resilient and influential, you're able to navigate complexity, balance competing priorities and build trusted partnerships that deliver value for customers, partners and the business.

You’ll also

  • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, business development or strategic account management, with a proven track record of establishing and growing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, shipping platforms, SaaS solutions and broader digital commerce trends.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations, contract management and influencing outcomes across complex stakeholder groups.
  • A solid understanding technical integrations and how technology solutions support customer and partner value propositions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, interpret market insights and identify opportunities that drive growth and adoption.
  • Experience working with CRM and digital platforms, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.

  • Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, like the opportunity to work from home two days per week
  • Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship
  • Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources

All walks, one route

It takes a lot of us to deliver for every Australian – and it’s important to us that our people behind the parcels reflect the people receiving them. We come from all walks. Different backgrounds, different ages, different genders, different sexualities and different abilities, but we all believe in the same purpose.

We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us. If you’ve got questions about accessibility, reach out to our Diversity & Inclusion team at inclusivecareers@auspost.com.au or on 03 8737 9415.
