You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.

About the opportunity

Step into the eCommerce Partnerships Lead 12-month Fixed Term contract and champion partner relationships and drive the growth, adoption and success of Australia Post's eCommerce solutions. Acting as a link between partners and internal stakeholders, you'll bring eCommerce expertise, commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset to deliver meaningful outcomes for both partners and customers.

You’ll also

  • Support the management of relationships with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and shipping partners to drive commercial outcomes and service adoption.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, including agreements and ongoing partnership management.
  • Act as the business subject matter expert for the eCommerce Ecosystem Solution, supporting its roadmap, implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Marketing teams to deliver partner initiatives and execute joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of partners within Australia Post, ensuring customer and partner needs are reflected in strategic decisions and product development.

About you

You're a commercially minded relationship builder with a passion for eCommerce and digital innovation. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy influencing diverse stakeholder groups and can confidently navigate complex commercial and technical conversations. Resilient, customer-focused and solutions-oriented, you bring a strategic mindset and a commitment to building strong partnerships that create value for customers, partners and Australia Post.

You’ll also

  • Demonstrate experience in partner management, business development or strategic partnerships, including establishing and growing commercial relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, marketplaces, shipping solutions, ERPs, WMSs and related technologies.
  • Experience in managing contracts and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans, roadmaps or growth initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS-based platforms and digital integrations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
  • Experience interpreting market insights, customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

What else is in it for you?

  • Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, like the opportunity to work from home two days per week
  • Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship
  • Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources

All walks, one route

It takes a lot of us to deliver for every Australian – and it’s important to us that our people behind the parcels reflect the people receiving them. We come from all walks. Different backgrounds, different ages, different genders, different sexualities and different abilities, but we all believe in the same purpose.

We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us. If you’ve got questions about accessibility, reach out to our Diversity & Inclusion team at inclusivecareers@auspost.com.au or on 03 8737 9415.
