Position Summary:

As the digital shelf specialist for Hill’s Latin America you will be leading our online brand presence enhancing the online shopping experience, ensuring that our products stand out in the highly competitive eCommerce landscape by optimizing our products to reach the best scores in the digital shelf tracking while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, global partners, and external retailers to ensure a best in class presence in retailers across the region.

This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership to drive brand growth and digital acceleration across multiple countries in the Latin America region

Responsibilities:

  • Digital shelf continuous optimization: lead the end-to-end development and flawless execution of the digital shelf optimization, ensure continuous updating, maintenance, and performance tracking of product pages, brand stores and brand eContent across key e-tailers.
  • eContent management: Lead content optimization and maintenance to drive shopper engagement and demand generation, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Lead Cross functional collaboration: Create synergies with internal teams (Customer Development, ODG, Marketing) to ensure all product listings are optimized with high-quality content, relevant keywords, ratings and reviews levels and maximum visibility across all retailer platforms. Maintain regular communication with the Global team to track initiatives, share regional progress, and align local execution with global digital strategies.
  • Data management: Monitor digital shelf performance using advanced measurement tools, developing and implementing actionable improvement plans for the most critical markets in the region.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills is a plus (pivot tables, charts, databases, formulas, macro charts).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese nice to have
  • eCommerce Expertise: proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Digital Trade Marketing with a deep understanding of customers.
  • Data Analysis & AI adoption: Proficiency in interpreting digital metrics to build actionable business insights maximizing AI utilization. Strong command of Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple regional projects, track tight deadlines, and deliver consistent results simultaneously.
