Ready to take ownership of a B2B digital trading proposition and shape how trade customers buy online?
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior eCommerce Trading Manager – B2B to lead the performance, development and continuous improvement of our B2B digital channels.
This is a senior, hands-on trading role where you’ll turn digital strategy into action, combining data, customer insight and commercial judgement to drive revenue, profitability, conversion and customer growth.
You’ll also lead and develop a team of three eCommerce Executives and become the key trading voice for B2B eCommerce across the business.
You’ll take ownership of our B2B eCommerce trading performance, translating annual targets into clear weekly, monthly and seasonal plans.
You’ll:
Our trade customers need digital journeys that help them get the job done quickly and easily.
Using customer, behavioural and transactional insight, you’ll identify opportunities to improve search, navigation, product discovery, merchandising, account journeys, checkout and repeat purchase.
You’ll champion a test-and-learn approach, working closely with Digital Customer Experience and Digital Operations to prioritise the changes that will have the greatest customer and commercial impact.
Working across Category Management, B2B Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations and Supply Chain, you’ll make sure our digital proposition delivers for customers.
That includes:
You'll get beneath the numbers to understand what's really driving performance.
You'll analyse results across customer segments, categories, traffic sources, devices and journeys, turning complex information into clear commercial recommendations and priorities.
Just as importantly, you'll define what success looks like before initiatives launch and measure whether they actually deliver afterwards.
B2B eCommerce touches almost every part of our operation, so collaboration will be critical.
You’ll bring together teams across Sales, Category, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Digital, creating clarity around priorities and ensuring everyone is focused on the right commercial outcomes.
You'll also manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and third parties, holding partners accountable for pace, quality and results.
You'll directly lead three eCommerce Executives, giving them meaningful ownership while building their commercial, digital and analytical capability.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing people and creating a culture of curiosity, pace, accountability and continuous improvement.
ou'll bring significant experience in eCommerce trading, digital commerce or a closely related commercial role, with a strong track record of turning digital activity into measurable commercial performance.
Ideally, you'll also have:
Experience within B2B eCommerce, automotive aftermarket, parts distribution or another trade-focused environment would be a real advantage, but it isn't essential.
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a growing B2B digital proposition.
You'll have the platform to shape the trading strategy, influence the customer experience, develop a talented team and work across the business to deliver measurable commercial growth.
If you're an experienced eCommerce trading leader who loves combining commercial performance, digital innovation and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
