Key Responsibility:

• Analyze sales performance, site traffic, and customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for
• optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and operations to ensure
• alignment on merchandising initiatives.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Create compelling product presentations, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to enhance the
• online shopping experience.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed on industry developments and identify areas
• for differentiation.
• Continuously optimize website navigation, search functionality, and filtering options to improve user
• experience and drive sales.
• Utilize merchandising tools and platforms to schedule and deploy content updates, promotions, and
• merchandising campaigns.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve any merchandising issues or discrepancies.
• Stay up-to-date on E-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• Proven experience in E-commerce merchandising or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, merchandising tools, and web analytics software.
