Job Description

ABOUT RANDYS WORLDWIDE

RANDYS Worldwide operates a portfolio of 17+ automotive aftermarket brands across a growing ecommerce estate and major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and Walmart. Headquartered in Everett, Washington, we specialize in drivetrain, suspension, wheels, and remanufacturing — serving enthusiasts, installers, and professional shops worldwide. Our promise is simple: Your One-Stop Shop.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketplace Manager owns the commercial performance, growth, profitability, and day-to-day execution of RANDYS Worldwide’s Amazon, eBay, and Walmart businesses across the brand portfolio. This role leads marketplace strategy, advertising, catalog quality, pricing and promotional execution, inventory coordination, and critical issue resolution. The successful candidate proactively identifies performance gaps, takes ownership of corrective action, and partners across departments and agencies to deliver measurable, profitable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (1P), eBay, and Walmart, with accountability for sales, profitability, customer experience, and channel health.
  • Develop and execute channel- and brand-specific growth plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and contribution-margin objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales against plan by marketplace, brand, and product; diagnose declines and underperformance, assign corrective actions, and follow through on results.
  • Build, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising programs, budgets, and agency performance, conversion, and incremental profitable sales.
  • Own listing and catalog health, including titles, images, A+ content, fitment, discoverability, search rankings, and Buy Box / Featured Offer performance; partner with Product Data on accurate channel-compliant content.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of suppressed listings, Buy Box loss, pricing flags, account health restrictions, feed failures, and other revenue-impacting issues; track owners, financial impact, and resolution progress.
  • Monitor competitive pricing, marketplace policy compliance, and potential MAP violations; coordinate with Sales, Legal, and brand leaders while following approved pricing and enforcement policies.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, marketplace events, product launches, bundles, and assortment expansion to generate incremental profitable revenue.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, customer behavior, competitive trends, and product performance to improve visibility, conversion rates, average order value, and market share.
  • Coordinate demand forecasting, replenishment, FBA and other fulfillment programs with Supply Chain and Operations; reduce stockouts, stranded or aged inventory, storage expense, and fulfillment-related lost sales.
  • Own marketplace contribution reporting, including advertising, referral and fulfillment fees, storage, returns, and other channel costs; partner with Finance on settlement discrepancies, reimbursements, and deductions.
  • Monitor seller ratings, product reviews, returns, refunds, and customer feedback; identify recurring issues and coordinate root-cause improvements with Customer Service, Product, and Operations.
  • Lead marketplace agencies and technology vendors, maintaining clear performance standards and bringing capabilities in-house where appropriate.
  • Lead cross-functional marketplace initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service; identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve execution.
  • Own reporting, forecasting, and budgeting; maintain performance dashboards and provide weekly business updates with results, risks, opportunities, owners, and next actions.

FIRST-YEAR OUTCOMES

  • Establish clear in-house ownership, standardized operating processes, decision rights, and escalation paths across priority marketplace accounts.
  • Deliver measurable revenue growth and improved contribution profitability against approved marketplace plans.
  • Rebuild advertising programs to improve efficiency and profitable incremental sales, not ROAS alone.
  • Implement consistent daily performance monitoring, weekly action-oriented reporting, and monthly business reviews.
  • Improve listing health, critical issue resolution, product availability, and launch execution across priority brands.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Revenue attainment and year-over-year growth; contribution margin; advertising efficiency; conversion and organic sales; Buy Box / Featured Offer performance; listing health; in-stock rate and inventory-related lost sales; returns; critical issue resolution time; and incremental sales from new products and promotions.

Requirements

Required

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketplace management, including strong Amazon Seller Central experience and working knowledge of eBay and/or Walmart.
  • Demonstrated ownership of marketplace revenue, advertising budgets, and profitable growth across complex product catalogs.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving listing suppression, pricing restrictions, Buy Box / Featured Offer, and account health issues.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, catalog, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and vendors with measurable performance accountability.

Preferred

  • Automotive aftermarket product and fitment experience, including ACES/PIES.
  • Amazon Vendor Central (1P), Walmart Connect, eBay advertising, and FBA experience.
  • SureDone or comparable multichannel listing tools, PDM, GA4, and ERP integrations.
