Job Responsibilities :

As an Ecommerce Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will be a core executor on the Ecommerce Marketing team, taking ownership of daily operations across etail platforms. You will work with greater independence than an intern, driving content accuracy, listing quality, and channel performance. This is a structured, hands-on program designed for recent graduates or early-career marketers who are ready to take ownership over projects and tasks to support the business.

Product Setup & Launch Support:

  • Independently set up new products on e-tail platforms, owning accuracy of all product attributes, images, and descriptions from intake through publish.

  • Execute deployment and publication of new assets (images, videos, copy) to product detail pages, coordinating with creative and channel teams to meet launch timelines.

Content Management & Updates:

  • Own the end-to-end process of publishing updated attributes and refreshed content to live product pages, prioritizing based on business impact and launch schedules.

  • Manage new product variations and updates to existing variations with full ownership of consistency and best performance.

  • Lead the content setup for virtual bundles, managing the full upload process and ensuring all details are fully optimized.

Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Own daily listing maintenance across etail platforms, proactively identifying and resolving errors, inaccuracies, suppressed listings, and compliance issues.

  • Build and maintain routine reporting cadences to track product performance, listing quality, and content accuracy; surface key findings to the broader team.

  • Take initiative in diagnosing and resolving listing discrepancies, escalating complex issues with recommended next steps.

Competitive Analysis & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct structured competitive research across key categories to identify industry best practices, pricing patterns, content gaps, and emerging trends.

  • Synthesize research into actionable recommendations and present findings to the team, with a focus on improving search rankings, conversion, and overall customer experience.

Additional Support:

  • Support Brand Store management, Amazon Live execution, and other cross-functional ecommerce initiatives, taking on expanded ownership over time in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field from an accredited school; recent graduates (0–2 years of experience) encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in content accuracy, data integrity, and online merchandising quality.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com) and content management systems is a plus.

  • Familiarity with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc) to optimize product content for AI-driven discovery surfaces, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO); a proactive mindset toward adopting emerging tools to improve content quality and search visibility is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines and execute independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools, data analysis platforms, or ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Stackline) is a plus.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, consumer technology, and online retail; knowledge of the Razer brand and product ecosystem is a strong plus.
