  • Meticulous Forecasting: Develop detailed sales and trade-spend forecasts for Amazon globally and within the EU, proactively managing performance against these metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • P&L Optimization: Monitor and adjust forecasts to quickly pivot against shifting European market dynamics, currency fluctuations, and pan-European pricing alignment
  • Assortment: Ensure total country assortment is optimized to focus on the needs of each marketplace
  • Terms & Governance: Maintain thorough documentation of negotiated European and global terms, joint business plans (JBPs), agreements, and allowances to ensure corporate accountability

Retail Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Support counterparts within Media team on localized Media Campaign Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal media team, key agency partners, and Amazon Ads team to conceptualize and execute performance marketing strategies (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) optimized for distinct localized audiences
  • Brand Experience: Partner with the OLAPLEX Marketing and Creative teams to localize the brand's go-to-market strategy, ensuring the A+ content, Brand Stores, and overall messaging align perfectly with desired brand perception and focus on localized content

Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Regularly track and analyze KPIs related to POS sales, retail media efficiency, and customer engagement, providing clear strategic insights to senior management weekly
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on optimal e-retail merchandising practices, conveying specific regional requirements, cost implications, and localized feedback to wider business units

About You:

  • Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities in a fast-paced retail ecosystem
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of eCommerce experience, with mandatory hands-on experience managing Amazon or Marketplaces. Experience managing international or Amazon EU accounts is highly preferred
  • Omni-channel Track Record: Demonstrated success in increasing e-Commerce revenues via Amazon & eRetail within an Omni-channel business model
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong website, market, and consumer analytic skills, with a proven ability to link data, metrics, and consumer behavior to strategic recommendations
  • Communication: Strong communication and localized relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and external agency teams globally
