We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the growth of our direct-to-consumer business and help strengthen the relationship between Vetafarm and pet owners across Australia and around the world.
As E-Commerce Manager, you will lead the ongoing development and growth of Vetafarm’s direct-to-consumer business.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will help shape how customers discover, learn about and engage with Vetafarm. You’ll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, overseeing ecommerce performance, digital campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and new growth opportunities.
Whether you’re reviewing website performance, optimising the customer journey, launching a new campaign, analysing customer data or developing new ways to better serve pet owners, you’ll play an important role in helping more animal owners access the products, advice and support they need to care for their animals.
You’ll work collaboratively across the business to turn ideas into practical, customer-focused solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for both customers and Vetafarm.
