Nuestro cliente, una compañía del sector Retail, con el fin de completar el equipo, está buscando un Ecommerce Manager para incorporarse en sus oficinas de Madrid.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

Deseamos conocer perfiles con al menos 3 años de experiencia realizando tareas como Ecommerce Manager, en sector retail con alto nivel de inglés.

¿QUÉ HARÁS?

Tus funciones serán las siguientes:

Diseño y desarrollo de la estrategia de marketing digital adaptada a la estrategia global de la compañía. Siempre adaptada al presupuesto marcado para conseguir los CACs objetivo y pensando en omnicanal (tienda online-tienda física)
Gestión de todos los canales de pago de rendimiento. Especialmente creación y gestión de campañas en Facebook & Instagram
Valorar y proponer nuevos canales de tráfico y colaboraciones, realizando las campañas de prueba para calcular ROIs
Gestión de colecciones y listados de productos en Shopify, filtros, tallas con Usizy
Desarrollo estrategia de marketing de contenido
Ser el enlace entre Marketing y los demás departamentos (compras, diseño, Customer Service)
Gestión campañas Klaviyo
Desarrollo y gestión de la estrategia de retención de clientes (foco en aumentar el % de segunda compra)
Monitorización diaria de los KPIs más importantes (tráfico, cestas, nuevos clientes y repetitivos, CAC, gasto hecho, etc…)

REQUISITOS

Formación universitaria en ADE, publicidad, Marketing y/o Comunicación digital.
5 años de experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de estrategia de Marketing online
Experiencia concreta en generación de audiencias y gestión de estrategia de repetición online
Alto nivel de Excel
Experiencia con Shopify
Gran capacidad de análisis, comunicación y creatividad.
Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo objetivos concretos y foco en ROA, con autonomía y mentalidad emprendedora.
Preferible experiencia en moda
