The Five Reasons This Role Is Never Boring
You are the first point of contact for website and app support requests, helping keep our digital operations running smoothly by prioritising, tracking and resolving issues.
From website glitches to app issues, you will investigate problems, document them clearly and work closely with developers to see fixes through to completion.
You will conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across our websites and apps to ensure new features and updates deliver a seamless customer experience.
Whether it's onboarding a new brand, coordinating project tasks or helping deliver enhancements, you'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life.
You will work across customer service, operations, stores and development teams while maintaining project documentation, release notes and status updates that keep everyone aligned.
What It Takes to Thrive in This Role
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Monday.com or similar (highly regarded)
Exposure to Shopify, retail, eCommerce or customer support environments (desirable but not essential)
Confidence managing multiple priorities at once
An interest in eCommerce, digital platforms and project coordination
Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail
