About the Job: Pacsun is looking for a creative, detail-oriented eCommerce (Digital Copy) Intern to help bring our brand to life across email, web, app, and more. You’ll work closely with our Digital Copy Manager to craft on-brand copy that resonates with our Gen Z and Gen Alpha customers. This is a great role for a sharp writer who is ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:


•Write and edit copy for email, SMS, app, blog, and other digital channels
•Brainstorm and support campaign concepts and seasonal storytelling
•Collaborate with creative, marketing, and merchandising partners
•Research trends, competitors, and cultural moments to inform content
•Proofread and QA copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment
•Review and update product and content on PSHub What it takes to Join:
•Currently enrolled college student and/or recent graduate (junior to 2 years post grad preferred)
•Must be available to work a full-time schedule
•Strong writing skills with an ear for tone, voice, and cultural relevance (school projects or portfolios welcome)
•Deep interest in social trends, internet language, and fashion/streetwear culture
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
•Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly
•Passion for the Pacsun brand and youth-driven storytelling

Salary Range: $20/Hour

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.

As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
