The primary responsibilities of this position include: 1) Collecting detailed and historical data on SI and SO for all EC customers and conducting year-over-year analyses; 2) Compiling SO and SI data for each product by customer and by channel, along with analyzing changes before and after promotions; 3) Monitoring the utilization progress of promotional items and evaluating the impact of SI and SO on sales; 4) Daily verification that the prices of core products across the entire platforms match the guidance prices set by the marketing department.
Responsible for omnichannel SI and SO sales data statistics, progress tracking, and achievement analysis across e-commerce channels, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Responsible for monitoring daily operational data of POP stores, analyzing business performance, diagnosing issues, and providing optimization recommendations.
Implement real-time monitoring of the price system across all platforms to identify issues such as arbitrary pricing, predatory pricing, and unauthorized distribution, while providing immediate feedback and driving corrective actions.
Integrate multi-platform operational data—including traffic, conversion rates, inventory metrics, and competitor intelligence—to conduct regular reviews and targeted analyses.
Establish a basic data ledger and collaborate with business departments to meet data requirements, optimize reporting, and conduct specialized project analyses.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in using Excel functions, PivotTables, and other tools, with the ability to independently organize, analyze, and review data
Understand the SI/SO accounting logic, the POP store operation model, and the e-commerce channel pricing management system
Clear logic, meticulous and rigorous, with strong cross-departmental communication skills and data sensitivity
Work Environment:
Office based
Independent from supervisor
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of data analysis experience in the eCommerce industry, be familiar with the operational logic of mainstream eCommerce platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and TikTok.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above; candidates with majors in statistics, data analysis, e-commerce, or economics and management are preferred.
