About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of digital content and campaign management across Swarovski.com. Your core responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for coordinating the content maintenance on swarovski.com with focus on seasonal campaigns, promotions and other content landing pages ensuring highest excellence in execution without any errors

  • End to end responsibility of certain content topics from planning pages wireframes to on-time maintenance and testing

  • Management of site trading agency ensuring accurate launches of all campaigns and contents on time and in budget

  • Handles all planning tools necessary for the content set-up and maintenance including Hybris Content Management System and Product Information Management System

  • Coordinates and manages relationships with key stakeholders across eCommerce, IT, Marketing, and CRM teams

  • Carrying out testing of all areas of the website for all devices (content, functionalities & features) ensuring accuracy and consistency of copy, visuals, and page structures

  • Projects such as new country or language launches and CMS improvements

  • Act as a sparring partner for the whole organization with respect to eCommerce Content Management, specialized in promotions set-up

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong service mindset and a passion for digital retail. You bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or Customer Service roles, preferably within a consumer brand or retail environment.

  • A strong customer-first attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable digital experiences.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS and familiarity with digital campaign operations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving and execution.

  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
