About the role:
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey—from order placement to after‑sales support. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
Customer & Order Operations
Handling and managing online orders for Electrolux web shops
Monitoring the full order lifecycle to ensure smooth and timely processing
Providing ongoing customer care via phone and email (and later via chat)
Maintaining strong, positive relationships with our customers
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics partners, and other internal teams to resolve inquiries
Ensuring efficient and professional handling of customer complaints and requests
Collaborating with the D2C / Webshop Manager to improve process quality and customer experience
Supporting the D2C / Webshop team in daily operational activities
Process & Performance Excellence
Supporting the implementation of new tools and solutions for online stores
Reviewing and managing customer complaints and feedback, including cooperation with the Legal department when needed
Reporting IT issues and monitoring progress of ongoing implementations
Handling sales of products available in the D2C and Webshop channels
Who you are:
You’re a service‑driven professional who enjoys taking ownership and improving the way things work. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
Experience in managing or supporting e‑commerce operations
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with SAP or REX systems
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Solid time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment
Fluent Polish and a communicative level of English (e.g., for writing IT tickets)
