Job Description

Ecommerce Business Support plays an essential role supporting the daily operation and commercial success of Japan’s 3rd party e-commerce accounts.

This position requires a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of responsibility, as it contributes directly to driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Woking closely with the ecommerce center of excellence and cross functional teams, Ecommerce Business Support helps ensure smooth logistics, return processes, and workflow management across various platforms.

A solid understanding of the brand’s value and positioning is key, as this role involves tailoring those elements to each marketplace in a way that support growth and consistency. By managing the operational foundation, Ecommerce Business Support enables effective execution and helps deliver a high-quality customer experience.

1. Inventory management:

· Manage healthy inventory level to maximize marketplace sales, including replenishment, allocation and return processes

· Manage sales data as part of inventory control and demonstrate analytical skills to maintain healthy stock levels based on data insights

· Execute effective order processing and delivery tracking to maximize sales by leveraging all available tools

· Coordinate with logistics, warehouse team and marketplace managers for timely fulfillment

2. Website Operation:

· Ensure product information is implemented across marketplaces in accordance with brand guidelines

· Responsible for adapting merchandising strategies for marketplace execution, creating tailored plans informed by each marketplace ecosystem

· Implement brand marketing calendars and initiatives across marketplaces

· Handle customer inquiries related to marketplace transactions

3. Finance & Administration

· Collaborate with Accounting team to manage and process invoices related to marketplace operations, including reconciliation with SAP
