Oversee enterprise level inventory management functions within the digital space. These functions include, but are not limited to, re-buying assortment, timely replenishment to the fulfillment centers to maximize customer satisfaction and company profits and achieve in stock goals on every day and promotional SKUs. As part of the organization, the buyer is responsible for achieving or surpassing planned category performance and productivity standards such as sales, inventory, and turn. This is accomplished by managing and replenishing assortments, successfully launching new initiatives and maintaining positive vendor relationships. Track, monitor, expedite, and maintain purchase orders. Research fill rates, lost sales, and back orders. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
