This role sits in Global eCommerce Analytics and will lead the Measurement Strategy & Customer Analytics capability, building the foundations for trusted data, reliable attribution and clearer customer journey visibility across Dyson’s digital ecosystem.

Working policy

Our campus culture is built on connection — collaboration in person, shared creativity and hands-on learning. That’s why we don’t offer a regular hybrid arrangement. Working side by side powers our best ideas, fuels belonging and keeps us pushing boundaries together.

About the role

  • Identify customer journey friction, conversion barriers and digital experience opportunities across Dyson’s eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Set consistent standards for experimentation measurement, including test design, success metrics and post-test evaluation.
  • Create common definitions, interpretation guides, reusable standards and knowledge-sharing forums so teams can self-serve trusted answers and apply measurement outputs confidently.
  • Partner with Digital Tracking, Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Revenue Analytics and Insights, Legal, markets and local analytics teams to embed governed measurement standards and improve decision quality globally.
