As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Cartier’s Ecommerce team in the optimization of the end-to-end online order journey within a luxury retail environment. This is a hybrid role based in New York.

You'll work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and cross-functional partners to build reporting that drives decisions, monitor system health across our digital platforms, gather requirements from data and stakeholder feedback to inform and manage site enhancements, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build,maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards inExcel andLooker to track KPIs across the order lifecycle (e.g., conversion rates, fulfillment rates, delivery performance, return rates).

  • LeverageGA4 tomonitorsite performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Ownweekly and monthly reporting cycles , preparing performance summaries for the team with clear callouts for trends, anomalies, and recommended actions.

Product Ownership

  • Proactivelymonitorbackend platforms (SFCC, Fluent OMS, SAP ) toidentifybugs, system errors, and performance issuesimpactingthe customer or operational experience.

  • Leverage AI-powered monitoring tools (e.g.,Noibu ) to track and manage ongoing site health.

  • Monitor ticket progress inJIRA , follow up with development teams, and escalate blockers to ensuretimelyresolution.

  • Attend sprint reviews with development teams andfacilitateregular check-ins between business and technical stakeholders.

  • Serve as theprimarymarketcontact for day-to-day issues.

  • Lead QA processes during deployments, system updates, and site enhancements —validatingthat changes perform as expected across the order journey before and after release.

  • Develop andmaintainQA checklists and testing protocols to ensure consistent quality standards across releases.

  • Flag regression issues and coordinate with development teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve defects within agreed timelines.

Client Experience & UI/UX

  • Serve as across-functional point of contact in support of the E-Commerce Manager on client experience andUI/UX improvement initiatives, with the opportunity to grow into full ownership of this area.

  • Manage project administration for site and order journey enhancements, includingmaintainingtimelines, scheduling meetings, gathering cross-functional feedback, and preparing synopses for stakeholder review.

  • Leverage order journey and site analytics toidentifyUX friction points and recommend specific enhancements to improve the client experience.

  • Gather, synthesize, and document requirements for site and order journey enhancements using analytics tools (GA4, Looker), cross-functional feedback, and client survey data — translating insights into clearly actionable inputs for development and product teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, ora related field.

  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).

  • Experiencewith orstrong aptitude for learningLooker andGA4

  • Familiarity withJIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is aself-starter andcritical problem solver who approaches issues with a logical mindset, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are highlyanalytical , comfortable distilling complex data into clear takeaways, and aneffective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences. They areamenable to change , adaptable to shifting priorities, andable to negotiate alignment across stakeholders with competing needs. Experience inluxury retail or premium brand e-commerce is a plus, as is exposure toFluent OMS ,SAP ,SFCC , orSQL Familiarity withAI-powered tools for site monitoring or productivity (e.g.,Noibu, Microsoft Copilot) is valued.
