Job Description

 1. Identify whitespace opportunities in the market—both product categories and design trends.
2. Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring new product concepts align with both trends and business needs.
3. Partner with buying and inventory teams to ensure new collections or brands are supported from concept to launch.
4. Use data to analyze performance—which SKUs, designs, or categories are working—and continuously refine the strategy.
5. Lead initiatives on new brand partnerships or product launches, working cross-functionally.
 
Must Have:

1. strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills—they need to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities using numbers.

2. A strong fashion sense and trend intuition—someone who has an eye for what will resonate with consumers across categories like kids’, ladies’, and men’s pajamas.

3. experience in cross-functional collaboration—they have to be able to work with design teams, sales, and other teams to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
