As the ECOM Returns Coordinator, you will process all customer order returns upon delivery to the Distribution Center, and proactively communicate any issues that may negatively impact our customers’ order experience. This position is cross-functional within Inventory Control and reports to the DC Inventory Control Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer returns in EOM within 24 hours of delivery to Distribution Center.
  • Compile all customer return order issues in a consolidated format and communicate weekly with Customer Service.
  • Systemically and physically return all items to stock.
  • Assist Inventory Control with other departmental tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years order management experience required
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is preferred
  • Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and work well within a team setting
