This role sits at the intersection of inventory management, order operations, and systems coordination across our US and CA markets for all our Snowboard (Jones & ThirtyTwo) and our Skate brands (etnies, éS & Emerica).

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems & Integrations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for any issue touching NetSuite, inventory sync, order statuses, SKU setup, fulfillment logic, promo configuration impact, refunds, or reporting discrepancies
  • Monitor Celigo and NetSuite execution logs and work with technical team to implement root cause fixes – some development knowledge may be required.
  • Gather facts, reproduce issues where possible, document them clearly, and coordinate resolution with the relevant technical owners
  • Investigate, document, and routes technical issues to key stakeholders; work with technical teams to execute root cause fixes
  • Ensure issues are tracked to resolution and that recurring problems are escalated for structural fixes

2. Inventory, Purchasing Support & Stock Health

  • Maintain accurate stock visibility across both US and CA markets and ensure data consistency between Shopify and NetSuite
  • Build, monitor, and maintain inventory automations
  • Support the VP of Sales on buys through inventory analysis: review sell-through rates, weeks of cover, size depth, top-style availability, margin mix, broken size runs, and replenishment opportunities
  • Coordinate with Supply Planner to ensure ECOM numbers are considered in the seasonal buy
  • Flag overstock and understock risks proactively and align US and Canadian stock availability with eCommerce & Marketplace demand signals

3. US eCommerce & Marketplace Operations

  • Own daily coordination, fulfillment partners, and returns teams.
  • Monitor order flow, cancellations, backorders, late shipments, return bottlenecks, and operational exceptions
  • Ensure eCommerce & Marketplace priorities and deadlines are clearly understood by all operational stakeholders in Truckee
  • Act as the local voice of eCommerce & Marketplace within the US operations team
  • Monitor all pricing accuracy and coordinate with team on promotions

4. Product Availability & Launch Execution

  • Ensure inventory is available for specific launches
  • Own launch readiness checks across US and CA: product page completeness, stock visibility, pricing accuracy, and channel-specific brand representation
  • Coordinate with the EU Shopify team to ensure all site configurations are in place ahead of campaign go-lives
  • Validate that both the US and CA storefronts are aligned and ready before each launch

5. Technical QA, Bug Triage & Release Support

  • Test site changes before launch: validate checkout, cart, promo, shipping, and payment flows on both US and CA sites
  • Log bugs clearly (description, steps to reproduce, screenshots, environment, impact level) and prioritize based on business impact
  • Coordinate follow-up and resolution with technical owners on the EU Shopify team and/or the US ERP team as appropriate
  • Own UAT from the business side — this is functional and user-experience testing

6. Reporting, Root-Cause Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Track operational eCommerce and Marketplace KPIs across orders and inventory
  • Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose sustainable fixes
  • Document workflows, improve handoffs between teams, reduce manual work, and build better SOPs for eCommerce & Marketplace execution
  • Maintain a live operational dashboard or log to give full visibility to stakeholders across time zones

7. Amazon Vendor Central Operations

  • Manage Vendor Central purchase orders end-to-end: confirm POs, monitor acceptance deadlines, follow up on open orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to maximize fill rates and avoid chargebacks
  • Own shipping issue resolution — escalate delays and routing problems quickly, acting as the point of contact between the warehouse and Amazon to keep shipments on track and compliant with vendor guidelines
  • Maintain Amazon fulfillment addresses in NetSuite — add and update ship-to locations as they change to keep NetSuite aligned with Vendor Central
  • Ensure Amazon receives the right assortment and that orders in NetSuite reconcile with Vendor Central — flagging and resolving discrepancies in quantities, SKUs, and order statuses across both systems
  • Monitor Celigo for Amazon-related integration errors, follow up on failed flows, and coordinate with the technical team to resolve sync issues between Vendor Central and NetSuite
