· 山姆全球购独立操盘经验（必备）：熟悉山姆采销模式、谈判进场及联合营销，能独立制定商业计划并对销售结果负责。
· 熟悉美团、淘宝闪购等即时零售平台竞价机制；擅长门店线上化、费用管控与损益分析；跨部门协同能力强；英文书面可作为工作语言。
加分项
· 宠物行业即时零售操盘经验，或从零孵化千万级O2O业务；
· 前置仓成本测算优化经验；区域连锁门店线上化转型主导经验；
· 同时具备山姆全球购及其他即时零售平台（美团、淘宝闪购等）操盘经验。
