The eCOA UAT Lead member is a key member of the eCOA Solutions team.
The eCOA Application specialist acts as the ICON expert that approves the design of eCOA Systems and creates appropriate testing plans and scripts to ensure system is adequately tested prior to deployment.
What you will do:
Proactively identify and highlight potential risks to delivery timelines
Review & approve design eCOA Vendor design documentation to ensure alignment with the protocol
Create Test Plan documents and reports
Write series of UAT scripts that ensure eCOA Vendor platforms are adequately tested prior to go live
Execute test scripts as required
Support the Project Manager, COA by giving accurate estimates of delivery time and factors that impact delivery time associated with their defined tasks
Attend meetings with internal teams and Sponsors and represent eCOA Solutions team as expert on system design and testing

Education, skills and experience required
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IRT/eCOA or related field
You will have significant experience in eCOA, research technology, Outcomes Research, or eClinical/Clinical field or related services/industry.
Comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time
Strong leadership, influencing, and motivational skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English both verbal and written
Analytic, problem-solving skills
Focus on continuous improvement
