Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Ticketing Systems

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple technical projects as part of a large-scale ticketing system modernization program. You will oversee the deployment of new ticketing equipment, coordinate the decommissioning and recycling of legacy hardware, and establish hardware maintenance processes while ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the installation and deployment of new ticketing equipment across vehicles and infrastructure.
• 
  Manage the removal, recycling, and disposal of legacy ticketing hardware.
• 
  Define and implement hardware maintenance processes, spare parts management, and SLA monitoring.
• 
  Coordinate cross-functional teams, regional business units, suppliers, and technical stakeholders.
• 
  Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and dependencies.
• 
  Manage supplier contracts, validate change requests, and oversee financial reporting.
• 
  Supervise field operations, ensuring installation quality and operational readiness.
• 
  Provide regular project updates to governance and program management.

Required Skills:

• 
  Proven experience managing complex technical infrastructure or engineering projects.
• 
  Strong expertise in project monitoring, budget management, and stakeholder coordination
• 
  Experience working within large organizations and the public sector
• 
  Knowledge of public procurement processes.
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Language Requirements:

• 
  Native-level French
• 
  English is an advantage.

Location:

• Hybrid, based in Namur, Belgium, with frequent travel across Wallonia.
