At Busy Bees Onehunga, we’re a boutique centre with a warm, homely feel where everyone is welcomed and supported. Our experienced, qualified team will guide you as you grow your confidence, helping you build strong relationships with tamariki and their whānau. This role is 30 hours per week.

About You | Mōu

Previous experience in an ECE environment is an advantage, but we'll also consider candidates who demonstrate:

• An approachable nature that makes our whānau and tamariki feel truly at home.

• Plenty of initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving.

• Great communication skills to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.

• A heart for following a child’s lead and a genuine drive to grow your own skills.

• Integrity in every interaction with our team and families.
