About You:

• You are a fully registered ECE or Primary trainedkaiakowith leadership experience or the clear drive to step up.

• Pedagogical practice is anchored in Te Whāriki and a commitment to child-led discovery.

• Authentic leadership comes naturally through an approachable coaching style and professional integrity.

• Building genuine partnerships with whānau and the community is a core strength.

• Leading the daily flow of your room - balancing intentional teaching with respectful care.
