
The Aide provides support to teachers and staff in delivering instructional and organizational assistance to students. Responsibilities may include working with small groups or individual students, assisting with classroom management, preparing instructional materials, and helping maintain a safe and positive learning environment. The Aide may also support daily routines, supervise students as needed, and perform other duties as assigned by the principal or supervising teacher.
