We’re on the hunt for Full-Time and Part-Time Vet Nurses to join our Emergency & Critical Care team where every shift counts, every patient matters, and no two nights are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to emergency and hospitalised patients
  • Support veterinarians with diagnostics, treatments, and emergency procedures
  • Monitor patients, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Assist in surgical and critical care cases as required
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients during stressful situations
  • Uphold hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures
  • Contribute positively to team culture and knowledge sharing

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role
  • Strong technical skills (IV catheter placement, blood sampling, anesthesia monitoring)
  • Calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure
  • Great communication skills and a genuine passion for animal care
  • Available and flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
