Aprobación y seguimiento del servicio: El seguimiento y la aprobación de los productos contenidos en esta consultoría serán realizados por el titular de la Dirección de Diseño e Implementación de Tecnologías de la Información del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana en coordinación con los titulares de las áreas de negocio involucradas en este proyecto de manera conjunta con la Unidad de Protección de la OIM Ecuador.

Forma de pago: El pago correspondiente se realizará contra entrega de factura electrónica y una vez aprobados los productos señalados en el punto 7 de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:

Duty Station: Para esta consultoría es necesario residir en Quito, ya que el trabajo se realizara en las oficinas de gobierno asignadas.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Profesional de tercer nivel en tecnologías de la información con experiencia en procesos similares al objeto de esta consultoría desarrollados en C# .NET CORE, Angular, SharePoint y herramientas de la plataforma Power Platform.
  

Experience

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software en entornos: frontend y/o backend.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia participando como desarrollador en procesos similares al objeto de esta consultoría desarrollados en C# .NET CORE, Angular, SharePoint y herramientas de la plataforma Power Platform para lo cual deberá presentar los certificados que avalen su participación en dichos proyectos.

Notes

IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
