Title: Community Engagement and Communication Coordinator

Supervisor: School Principal

Compensation: 600.00 (300.00 per semester) for the successful completion of the job.

Community Engagement and Communication Coordinator builds trust between the school and the public. Managing and updating school website is a core duty. They post current news, event calendars, registration details, and important announcements to keep families and community informed.

Duties:

  • Keep school website updated with current information
  • Post daily news updates and announcements
  • Maintain active event and school board calendars
  • Publish registration forms and other necessary forms to school website.
  • Ensure pages meet accessibility standards for all users
  • Run Social Media Channel
  • Write and send newsletters to families when necessary
