  • Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing

  • Lead the Interior development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.

  • Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.


Requirements


  • 13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries.

  • Extensive experience in designing and releasing automotive interior products.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive interior areas.

  • Proficient in CAD software (CATIA).

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Professional presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High-level understanding of all aspects of automotive interiors

  • Experience working on large-scale projects.​
