Scrum Master – Oracle Fusion Program
• Experience: 10–12 years (Techno-functional, Oracle ERP/Fusion preferred)
• Location: Pune (IOC base), travel to Nagar & Ranjangaon plants
• Duration: 12 months | Grade: 5B
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros)
• Collaborate with Finance & SCM business teams and Global IT
• Manage sprint delivery, risks, and dependencies
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution
• Provide regular status updates and drive Agile best practices
Skills Required
• Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience
• Oracle Fusion techno-functional knowledge
• Exposure to CNI, Manufacturing, OM, Purchasing/SCM
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination
