In addition to traditional ERP consulting, Astute is investing heavily in Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for PeopleSoft customers. We are building next-generation AI-powered applications that automate complex finance and accounting processes using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Document AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Practice Manager to lead and grow our Oracle EBS consulting practice. This is a leadership role responsible for managing client engagements, driving business development, overseeing project delivery, mentoring consultants, and expanding the Oracle EBS service portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, strong people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementations, upgrades, support, and managed services.

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employee

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 per year plus performance bonus

Travel: Occasional Client Travel (10–20%)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Oracle EBS Practice, including delivery, resource planning, utilization, and profitability.

• Develop and execute the practice growth strategy, including revenue targets, service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for Oracle EBS solutions.

• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution design, proposal development, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, migration, optimization, and support projects.

• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop Oracle EBS functional and technical consultants.

• Establish delivery best practices, methodologies, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.

• Work closely with leadership teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

• Stay current with Oracle's product roadmap, cloud transformation strategies, and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with Oracle partners and internal leadership to strengthen strategic alliances.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite.

• 5+ years in a leadership or practice management role.

• Extensive experience leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and multiple functional modules such as:

  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Procurement

  • Order Management

  • Manufacturing

  • Human Capital Management (preferred)

• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP migration or coexistence strategies.

• Oracle certifications in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Applications.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Forms, PL/SQL, Workflow, and personalization/customization tools.

• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

• PMP certification is a plus.
