Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities for our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on business requirements and buying intent.
• Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple communication channels.
• Work closely with BDRs, Account Managers, and sales teams to move qualified leads through the sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting-booking targets.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Sales / Lead Generation.
• Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
• Good research and follow-up skills.
