Position: eBike Drive Unit Validation Engineer

Location: Kusterdingen, Germany

Tasks:

• "Evaluation and assessment of prototypes and sample parts;
• Planning, coordination, and documentation of platform testing in collaboration with the reliability,
• design, development, and production support teams for e-bike drive units;
• Determining system and component reliability requirements based on specified service lives, expected environmental stresses, load profiles, and benchmarks;
• Evaluation of test results with regard to field conditions, service life, and benchmarks;
• Preparation and evaluation of the project status with regard to reliability and testing;
• Development and selection of suitable test procedures and test equipment to optimize
• test programs;"

Requirements:

• "A master's degree or equivalent with excellent grades in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field) or the natural sciences (physics, chemistry);
• In-depth knowledge of testing methods, analysis, and experimentation;
• Experience with electric drive systems;
• Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive abilities;
• Business-level proficiency in German and very good written and spoken English;"
