Opportunity for eBay Manager - Karachi Onsite

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eBay Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our eBay store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales, managing inventory, maintaining excellent seller performance, and ensuring compliance with eBay marketplace policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of eCommerce best practices, and experience in marketplace account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's eBay marketplace account.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and conversions.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.

• Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies while ensuring pricing accuracy across all listings.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overselling.

• Plan, execute, and monitor eBay promotions, advertising campaigns, and discount strategies.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and dispute resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction and seller performance metrics.

• Monitor account health, seller ratings, and eBay performance standards to ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

• Generate weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Stay updated on eBay marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize account performance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience managing eBay marketplace accounts or similar eCommerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub, listing optimization, SEO, and marketplace best practices.

• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

• Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills

• Experience with eBay advertising (Promoted Listings) and promotional campaigns.

• Familiarity with marketplace management tools such as ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce analytics.
